“Absolutely beautiful, the creek was running while we were there which was so fun for the kiddos!”
We were there for a medieval group. We have used before. Lot of shaded areas, camping areas, and fairly cool. Plenty of room for kids to run about, but no formal playground. No water in the stream this year, not enough rain, but still fairly green. There are restrooms there, but no potable water.
Nice wooded area with picnic areas available. Hiking trails near by and sometimes a running stream. Very enjoyable early in the morning walking with the dogs.
Very beautiful area to hike. Plenty of deer to see. Indian hieroglyphs to see. Very nice.
Little off the beaten path but nice keep going up the hill on you might have to walk to the petroglyphs
