Confirmed from Lt Owen Fish Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Grassy neighborhood park with a playground, baseball field, walking trails & event facility.

Lt Owen children's park appears to be well-maintained and clean, which can make for a more pleasant experience for visitors. However, there may not be too many activities or attractions for children to enjoy, which could lead to boredom, especially for 4-6 year old kids.
Very nice park! They have a bathroom for men & women. A playground for kids and then a playground for babies/toddlers, a pickleball court, picnic tables, bleachers, baseball field, very big pond, benches to sit by the pond, and trails in the woods.
Nice area with huge trees and a nice, shady playground. There's also a baseball field and a tennis court. We also found a hidden trail in the woods and a lovely lake with ducks. Definitely a great weekend destination for families with smaller children.
This park is a pleasant surprise This is very near our home and was forgotten as the play area is tucked away Lots of climbing pieces for littles on up. Very clean too. Mostly shaded by trees. A perfect place for play dates

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
