Confirmed from Lynn Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

This is a small little playground. A great place for kids. They have a basketball court, tennis court, jungle gym, slides, ,workout benches, a pavilion and restrooms. They also have a small paved track you can walk around and the park is pet friendly. They have many types of swings for children of all ages.

Nice park set off in the neighborhood. Not a lot of parking, but again it's for the neighborhood so I'm thinking most people walk. There is a good play area for small kids and it's peaceful and grass stays cut. I think i even remember seeing benches and picnic tables.

Walking trail, exercise circuit, basketball court, tennis court, pavillion, swings, and playground. Quiet. Very good park. Often visited as a kid. Place is still well taken care of. A gem of Brownlee Woods.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

The practical stuff

  • AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
  • SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
  • DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
  • ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
  • At the trailheadrestrooms — reported by runners
  • DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
