My friends and I pulled over there to stretch our legs on a road trip on 4/8/24. There was a big lovely field to run around in and walk dogs. Good thing, because there were a lot of dogs there, and people, they were all wearing dark sunglasses, must be some kind of local fashion trend.
Our dogs love their walks at the rec park. The grounds are normally well kept and it's often bustling with an activity or two.
The tennis courts were open and the trails it was a good time ,would have been nice if the kids could have played on the play ground ,but hopefully soon
We needed a walk after eating too much at Bokie's. Loved the paved trail and the bridge. Excellent play area for kids.
