Confirmed from Manitou Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Quiet park offering river access along with picnic tables and trails, plus kayak and tube launching areas.

nice spot to drop in on tubes if you don't mind a good walk to the water. on a pretty section of river.
Had a great time walking the trail. Has a couple of benches and one grill. It has one handicap accessible porta john. Fish could be nice but it has very steep banks.
Nice little park to just sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. There's a short path that's pretty wide with a few benches alongside overlooking the river.
Great place could definitely use a little maintenance but otherwise the trails are kept pretty nice and it's a good place to catch some fish
