Nice trail! Wear your walking shoes. We walked half way this time. Been a long winter. Trail is still nice.
We love the walk by the swamp and elk river. Good place to take bikes, kids, and dogs. Parking lot is kinda small and can fill up fast.
Gorgeous spot to take a walk or hike. There is not a lot of shade so it's best to go when the weather is cool and nice. It is all gravel or cat walk so you don't have to worry about getting your shoes dirty. We've been multiple times at different seasons and it's always really pretty!
Have been there a couple times, and have never seen what I seen today with the trail having access to the water, is that new, or have I just been blind and overlooked it?
