Confirmed from Marshview Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Marshview Park
“Marsh view park is a must see , beautiful walking trails , dog park , tennis courts and bike trails !”
Lived in area over 2 decades, just now found this spot!!! Will be riding this Saturday to explore the trails!
Went to this park before and during Covid a lot. I live close to it. Since then they have built dog parks and put in path signs and bridges and fences. I actually got lost because I was so used to how it used to look haha!
Great park for mtb riding and walking trails. Trails are maintained well. Please be cautious as more motor cross/ mini motorcycles/dirt bikes starting to appear on the trails and park. Even if the trail rules and walking areas say No Motor Vehicles allowed.
Great shaded park with paved and dirt trails. Perfect place to stay cool for a walk during the summer. Has multiple playgrounds as well!

The practical stuff
- AccessDawn to dusk — the gates close, so do not plan a run that finishes after dark
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
