Confirmed from Memorial River Greenway's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Paved pathways winding through this riverside green space for strolls, runs and bike rides.

“Beautiful and peaceful in the midst of traffic and the city.”
Walking along the river is peaceful. Beautiful scenery, clean, paved. You can see ducks, geese, herons and occasionally a bald eagle or two. Landscaped and well maintained. I would suggest you take a camera, water or something to drink if the sun is out as there is not much shade.
Beautiful trail along the river in downtown Sevierville TN. The Greenway is along both sides of the river and connects to the Sevierville City Park, which is the only bathrooms along the Greenway. You can do part of it by parking in three different areas or all of it, it's your choice.
Beautiful and peaceful in the midst of traffic and the city. This was a great little getaway and it wasn’t too busy at all for a Saturday morning. The river drowns out the sound of the traffic and the paved walk itself was beautifully maintained with benches and nice landscaping.
Nice paved walk on both sides of the West Prong river. Lots of trees are identified with plaques. Saw Canada geese and mallard ducks, one huge great gray heron.

The practical stuff
- AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
