Confirmed from Kodak-Northview Optimist Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park offering a playground, basketball courts, ball fields, picnic tables, a disc golf course, and a baseball field.

Great place to take your children/grandchildren. Best place to walk or walk your dogs. Highly Recommend
The kids absolutely love it and so do me and my husband. It has a walking track around the park, picnic area with cover, grills, drinking fountain, and bathrooms. Also, there is beautiful greenery all around! The playground is safe and has wood chips for "bedding". All ages can play.
This is a great park located just minutes off the interstate. We were passing through the area & stopped for a picnic. There’s a huge playground with lots of great play structures, a nice picnic pavilion, clean & well-stocked restrooms (a rare find at most parks!
The area is beautiful. It has a nice walking track, basketball area, soccer, and baseball fields. I love going here to let the kids play, but there is an issue with one of the slides, so I make the kids stay off of it. I also feel like the restrooms need remodeling or at least a deep cleaning!
