Confirmed from Meramec Greenway Trailhead: Arnold's Grove's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Paved trail network beside the Meramec River and lake featuring picnic tables, trees and parking.

“A few tree roots and some flowy elevation changes but very beginner friendly mountain bike trail”
I biked along the Meramec Greenway from Greentree Park to Arnold’s Grove. It was a very easy ride, as it’s all paved and flat with plenty of shade. The Arnold’s Grove side was a little nicer with a bigger, easier-to-access parking lot and more scenic parts of the trail on that end.
Great place for a quick or long walk, and I always love the nature I see here on the trail. Paved trail, flat walk with no incline. Seems good for roller blades or bikes too!
When the flowers are out and you get the perfect sunlight, it can be stunning to look at and walk through! The trees give great shade for taking a stroll. This is also a great spot for family, senior and couples photos! Photos by: @joshandlindseyphoto
Very nice paved trail. The length varies depending upon what you want. You can walk/bike about 2 miles to Simpson Park or go another 1.3 miles further to Greentree Park or do anything in-between. You can also go to Simpson Park and extend your walk by walking around Simpson Park before heading back.
