Confirmed from Mesa Linda Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Mesa Linda Park is the park we first discovered when we moved here in 2004. Our boys grew up here, went to school at Mesa and Morgan. It still a very well kept park and is always full of activity . It's now the park where we walk and play with our new child, a 4 month old chocolate lab named Coco.

Mesa Linda Park is clean and feels safe. There is a small amphitheater situation with steps that you can sit an audience on. There’s an awesome church that meets there from time to time on Sunday mornings. There’s also a big grass field fit for hosting multiple soccer games, to fly a kite, or run around with your dog.

We aren't from up here, but this is a beautiful park! The surrounding neighborhood is nice, quiet and pretty. The park is between a middle school and an elementary school. Lots of trees and grass. There's also a paved trail around the perimeter, perfect for getting exercise.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
