Confirmed from Miccosukee Canopy Road Greenway's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Great for everyone! Families, runners, bicyclists, dogs, horses, etc. It's a fairly wide path with room for passing traffic but it doesn't ever feel crowded.

Awesome park, well maintained trails and grasses, nice minimalist facilities at the main entrance, water fountain at the entrance near the tunnel under I-10. Miles and miles of trails over acres and acres of rolling grassy hills. Well behaved dogs on leashes are welcome too. Plenty of room to play catch, frisbee, etc.

Fantastic place to go for a walk. If you start at the entrance on Fleishmann Rd. you can do a 40 minute walk under shade. It has mild inclines so it's a modest workout as walks go. If you want to go further you may want to bring a bike. There is a portable restroom at this entrance.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🚻 Restrooms 9 mentions

“Four parking areas, three portapotties, three water fountains, and one restroom make this the perfect place for long excursions.”

  • LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
