Confirmed from Mickey's Kingdom Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Fenced riverfront park for children with ample play equipment like slides and swings (for all ages).
What runners say about Mickey's Kingdom Park
“Bathrooms were clean and at the back of the Playground.”
“Activities for all ages including many accommodations for accessibility.”
This is a great park for kids set along the scenic Ohio River just off of Riverside Dr in downtown Evansville, Indiana. The entire park is covered in thick soft padding to prevent injuries from falling. It is equipped with some of the most modern play equipment for small kids.
Well-built facility with great proximity to the waterfront and riverside walking path. Activities for all ages including many accommodations for accessibility.
Large enclosed playground. Well maintained. Has age appropriate play areas, public restrooms, and a solar powered tree for charging devices. Sits right next to the Ohio River with a great view for sunsets. Revisited 7-20-2024. It's has had improvements done to r the riverfront.
This is one of the coolest public playgrounds I have been to. They had new playground toys I hadn't seen before. One example is one of the pictures I attached. It is a swing that you strap into the pull it to either side and let go. Gravity takes over and you go back and forth down the track.

“Has age appropriate play areas, public restrooms, and a solar powered tree for charging devices.”
