Confirmed from Mill Bridge Nature Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Peaceful park featuring a creek and waterfalls, as well as a 200-seat amphitheater.
What runners say about Mill Bridge Nature Park
“Beautiful wooded park, also an open field for sports or games, long walking trails along the river paved and unpaved, handicap/stroller accessible.”
“The scenery is great and is great for taking your dog for a walk as well.”
I love this park! It is gorgeous and one of my happy places. The creek and waterfalls are a short distance down the greenway from the parking lot. You can walk along the creek on the footpath. It's beautiful during all four seasons.
Beautiful park full of loads of path ways to choose from. When you drive to the entrance which is like a hidden gem awaits you, there is a beautiful path takes you to the parking lot. Love how there are different areas where you can enter to the park specifically if you live near the park.
This is a beautiful nature walk! It has a wide paved walking trail including a raised wooden boardwalk to prevent areas of flooding. Definitely a place you'll want to have your mosquito repellent in the summer months! Benches are spaced along the pathway.
Beautiful trail/Greenway with lots to see and experience. The trail is well-kept and maintained. If you walk the entire path, you will come across Sheetz which allows for a bathroom & snack break but if you go further, there will be soccer fields with port-a-potties. Felt very safe soloing this trail.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfaceMixed — more than one surface along the route, so check the segment you plan to run
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
