Confirmed from Mill Brook Preserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Hidden gem in New Paltz. You're instantly surrounded by nature; the sounds of birds and running water, vast, hilly land, lots of trees, well paved trails. Easy hike, will return. This is an amazing place to be so close to Main St and so natural. There were a lot of people, given it was sunny and a Sunday.
This is a very great place to walk around nature peacefully. I never thought I would recall that moment, but I feel that this is also excellent to walk around with a friend. Also, this very therapeutic walk of nature in New Paltz helps me stay calm. I would like to go there again, someday.
