Confirmed from Mill Creek Greenway - Old Hickory Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Mill Creek Greenway - Old Hickory Trailhead
“I ran/walked a 5k here last year, and I've been visiting when I have the time, it has some beautiful paved trails!”
“Definitely a great place for walking or running.”
Beautiful, easy loop. Highly recommend. Very dog friendly. Please pick up their poop.
Beautiful little trail! There are three trail heads to choose from (North, South and Middle), that have small parking lots. The trail weaves behind residential neighborhoods with a good green buffer between the trail and people's homes. The trail follows Mill Creek and has some nice bridges cross the water.

Very green and scenic, not too busy but not too empty either. It’s a favorite for our family. There are deer who like to walk through these woods and some resident beavers in Mill Creek. Several benches to chill by the water too.
