Confirmed from Mill Creek Trailway's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Mill Creek Trailway

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (9 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

🏞️ beautiful scenery 3 mentions

“Most of the time you will see beautiful creatures early in the morning like deers, turkeys snakes, lynx and others.”

Took our new e-bikes last week. Started at Shelter 1 and went north to Nelson Island before coming back and heading south. The trail is beautiful, lots of woods, some bridges and parks. The only challenge for a couple of novice riders is the high single sidewalk bridge that arches over the railroad tracks.

★★★★☆ — Chris , Aug 2023

Repairs on the Gary L Haller trail between K-10 bridge and College Blvd area have made the area by the Garmin Soccer Complex a very nice part of the trail. North of K-10 bridge is a temporary installation on GLH trail of some public art by Matthew Dehaemers. Summer 2024.

It's a great place for jogging, walking and running in the outdoors. Most of the time you will see beautiful creatures early in the morning like deers, turkeys snakes, lynx and others.
