We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Mine Road Trail yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Mine Road Trail
Cute and easy trail, nice for a simple hike. Hard to find the trailhead via maps instructions; follow the private drive back until you see a sign for it.
This trail offers a captivating journey through nature's beauty, culminating in the discovery of an intriguing mine at its end. The lush greenery, towering trees, and the melodic sounds of birds provided a picturesque backdrop throughout my entire hike.
Nice little trail to get some blood pumping. After a couple long hills, there's an old gold mine and a cute creek at the top. There is some water in the mine, but I went in. Bring a flashlight!!
This little trail will bring you to an abandoned gold mine next to a nice creek. Really liked this one. If you have waterproof boots, take them with you and explore the mine! This is great for families too. Ofc don't forget your flashlight. To access, drive to the Old Mine Rd.
