Confirmed from Minnemishinona Falls' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Quaint, picturesque waterfall, which is connected to a hiking trail and a picnic area.
What runners say about Minnemishinona Falls
“no one else was there and theres a bridge in front of the falls that gives you a great view.”
Well worth the stop. The falls are very easy to get to only a 150 ft walk to the bridge. I wish would could've gone down to the bottoms of the falls but I understand why we can't.
Accidently found this hidden gem & fell in love! There's a trail to walk on, the bridge.. a deck with picnic tables. Head down the hill by the deck & there's a little more to explore! Fire pit, more picnic tables.
Misty afternoon but a nice park. Picnic tables and porta potty are available. Walking out on the bridge for pictures, you see the drop.
Nice big grassy area with a grill firepit, and deck area with picnic tables. Nice walking path to see the waterfall
Trail conditions & character
“The waterfall is very dependent on recent rainfall- slows to a trickle during droughts, flows strong within a couple days of heavy rain.”

The practical stuff
- AccessDawn to dusk — the gates close, so do not plan a run that finishes after dark

- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
