Pleasant, quiet nature center with paved trails and beautiful lookouts of the Minnesota river. Plenty of birds can be heard/seen, including various birds of prey soaring above the treeline along the river.
I love walking this short trail with the overlooks. Normally it is very scenic and free to walk. When the weather cooperates, we usually climb down the side of the crevice by the overlooks. I wasn't overly thrilled with walking this during spring though.
Beautiful park with paved paths. One of my favorites places to go! Late fall and early spring is good for seeing further out sights of the river while summer and fall is lovely with the foliage.
