Confirmed from Whispering Heights Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Whispering Heights Park
“Park is very clean and the play equipment is sturdy and in very good shape!”
“Great play grounds, beautiful scenery and pleasant walking path with all kinds of different trees that have placards in front of the trees that tell you what type of tree it is.”
“Lots of space to run and play structures for all ages.”
One of the best walking paths in Edmond! A wonderful park for the kiddos too!
Super cool park. Plenty of stuff for kids of all ages. There is a smaller park for kids 2 and under and a bigger park for kids 2 and up. Plenty of big slides for the adventurous toddler. My 3.5 loves it! Appears to be some walking trails and I think there is a dog park nearby.
Great play grounds, beautiful scenery and pleasant walking path with all kinds of different trees that have placards in front of the trees that tell you what type of tree it is. The park is very well maintained. I enjoyed taking my grandkids to this park.
Nice park, but the playground is a little hard to find. We parked at the main entrance and walked to the playground area. There is parking next to the playground you just have to know it is there. The walking trail is nice with a pond to look at.

The practical stuff

- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, water — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
