Confirmed from Miwok Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Family-friendly park with a museum devoted to Native Americans and a playground.
What runners say about Miwok Park
“Very cute park and bit of history Bathrooms are clean Lots of picnic tables and tree coverage”
“Beautiful park and museum honoring the Miwok Indians and their way of life.”
“Right behind the free public parkinglot are huge trees which provide great shade, nestled by a creek with flowing water ( Winter only).”
I love that you can park in front and there is street parking at the back. There is even a separate play structure for toddlers in the back. The trees provide great shade!
