Confirmed from Monadnock Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park offering a public restroom, a playground, a baseball field, and trails.
What runners say about Monadnock Park
“Staff was mowing the grass, well maintained fields.”
“Beautiful evening - Happy 4th y'all✌”
Really open and beautiful limited dogs I love dogs but there's limited ones there so it's definitely safe for the kids and always games going on for with the local schools so it's pretty nice spot for your kids to go and play and for you to walk the track or whatever you want to do.
Beautiful park. Love the walking/Jogging track. Big area to fly kites with the kids. Wish they had a picnic area to relax and eat
Trail conditions & character
“It also has fully functioning bathrooms so the days can start and finish there!”
“The end of the field where the visitors sit is in the parking lot of the VFW hall!”
“The only thing missing are teen baby mommas and strollers.”

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
