Confirmed from Mount Hope Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Peaceful park featuring trails, picnic tables, and reservoir views, plus fishing.

Yet another beautiful place!! Just when you think nothing could top a spot you have been to, you find another gem. Beautiful reservoir and the trails that wrap around it are amazing. Great fishing spots!! You can see your catch lol the water is clear and clean and the LG. Mouth bass are plentiful.
Nice hike. Place has fishing, and also the trail is descent for mountain biking. Just keep in mind it it has recently rained the trail may be a bit muddy.
Pretty neat place. Only went for about an hour and saw about a tenth of what the place has to offer. Want to teach my daughter to fish and spoke to a couple guys there who said they normally are able to catch fish just too early. Awesome place for pictures and a nice walk.
Small hiding trail around a pond. I like what I saw, but I probably will not go again. I suggest you to have a sun screen and a mosquito repellent.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfaceNatural surface — easiest on the joints and the most fun, but expect roots, rocks and mud after rain
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
