Confirmed from Mountain Bay Trail Head's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Mountain Bay Trail Head
Super straight, super flat, super long. A nice rails to trails. Crushed limestone surface. Well maintained up to at least Pulaski.
This is my home away from home. 90% of this trail is a straight line. 99% of this trail is flat crushed gravel. My only complaint would be I wish there were more parking spots the further away you get from Green Bay. I have traveled this trail extensively from the trail head in Green Bay to just outside of Shawano
This is the perfect trail head for me. Close to home. It has a "clean" porta potty. The trails are awesome for biking, walking or running.
Very nice trail the best part for me was west of shawano.there is alot more stuff to see historical and nature it was about 174 miles round trip

- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
