Great pond for picnics and fishing with the kids. The playground is very nice as well. And of course it's very convenient to walk to the zoo as well.
I would love to go back in time and camp here with all 5 kids! The perfect camping vacation for any family! Miles and miles of fun bike trails, separate hiking trails. Walk to the zoo, and the adventure park. Zipline, rock climb, or walk the canopy tour.
I love camping here. Inexpensive. Great trails. Clean bathhouse. This place is just outta town. Great place for newbies and seasoned campers. Oh and at night you can hear the lions roar.
This campground lives up to its "Reforestation" name with many sites having little to no vegetation separating them. I tent camped at site 16 for 3 nights. The campsite was level with a large gravel parking spot, well suited for a camper.
