We had a blast riding this trail!! We drove up, rode down, and one of us stayed with the bikes, while the other Ubered back to get the car. The views are gorgeous and the trail was excellent!! Would ride again if in the area.
Great trail! Long but worth it. Moderate hike. There are a lot of wildflowers in mid June. About 7 miles to the Mt. Helena parking lot. You will need to take two cars.
Beautiful views of the rolling hills of Montana. A number of trails are available through the mountains near Helena. There is ample parking on all ends of the trails.
