Confirmed from Mt. Zion Bike Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🪧 well-marked 3 mentions

“The elements are well marked but I strongly suggest looking at bridges before attempting them.”

Fantastic trails for trail running! Challenging hills with some technical sections dealing with roots. Well maintained trails with a friendly hard working community supporting the maintenance of these trails. The trails consist of a 1 mile kids loop, parameter loop, 6 mile loop, and the 10 mile race course loop.

This was a completely awesome biking trail. They have a beginner trail 2 miles long. Then 2 advanced trails 6 miles and 9miles these two have lots of bridges and technical transitions and jumps (optional) also hills 😭. I did the 2 miles its good enough for me. I tried the 6mile one it was tough(but I finished it).

This place is great, the guys that maintenance and take care of the trails here have def done an amazing job at building a great place to ride. The trail is a true testimony of the time and effort these guys have put into making great features and creating a place that makes you wanting to keep coming back too.

All I can say is this trail system rocked! Only rode 6mi, but there is so much more to this place than meets the eye. Two full bathrooms, fridge and grill! This place has all the comforts of home. Just sure to leave a small donation to help keep these guys creating a MTB Wonderland!

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
