Confirmed from Mud Pond Country Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Tranquil destination for biking, hiking, bird-watching and wetland walks.

“Beautiful and quiet trail great for light to moderate hiking.”
“Beautiful and quiet trail great for light to moderate hiking.”
“It was a nice easy walking trail.”
An enjoyable trail partially around mud pond. It does not loops so it is out and back. Runs partially with the vast trail but is signed well enough to find your way. Can be muddy in spring/fall. Connects into the williston town trail network via schmocker trail
Trails through wetlands. Many boardwalks available. Mix of conservation lands and VAST trails. Not handicapped friendly. Limited parking. Many folks seem to use this parking to start bike trips on the road. But nice, not generally crowded, peaceful walking area.
Fun biking and hiking. There's an awesome crew that even keeps this groomed in the winter for fat biking. The new extension built from the parking lot makes this trail kid-friendly now too!
A charming park for a short hike on mostly level ground. I love the boardwalk built over the wetland area. Watch out for the puddles because it does live up to its name.

- SurfaceMixed — more than one surface along the route, so check the segment you plan to run
