It was a really good trail for a light hike, lots of roots but well maintained. It was simple but very pretty throughout the hike with small bridges and stone stairs. At times you can hear a chainsaw but the peak was quiet with a nice view.
Well maintained trail and one mile to the top for a Beutiful view. It's quite technical, and as a beginner trail runner took me 25 minutes to get to the top. Would also be a fun hike, but a bit too challenging for my seven year olds.
My first time hiking this trail and I was not disappointed. Around a 2 mile hike and the trails are nicely marked. I would say it’s a moderate hike and it has an excellent view at the top of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks.
Beautiful trail that took us about 30 minutes up and 30 minutes back down. It's dog friendly and we saw about 10 or so people today. It's spring and the ground was a little frozen last night but began thawing as we began our hike and by the end it was fairly muddy but I believe it won't stay muddy once it gets warmer…
