Confirmed from N.O. Simmons Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Clean playground featuring swings, slides, and other kid-friendly features.
What runners say about N.O. Simmons Park
“Very nice clean Park love to bring my kids here even while walking the gentleman mowing the grass waited a long time for us to pass so the dirt what not fly at us”
This is the park I normally take the kids to when we're in town. They specifically ask to come here. It has a big playset, smaller playset, swings (regular, baby, and handicap), splash pad, picnic tables, large covered area for get togethers/birthday parties, a skatepark and a walking path.
This Park 🏞️ has it all covered tables massive play ground with so many slides and swings and cross bridges complete with soft rubber flooring powder coated hand rails and round edges on every bit of the structure no sharp edges no where ...
Excellent park for 'kids' of all ages! Splash pad is clean, well-maintained & a covered Pavillion nearby for parents, grandparents, family & friends. Play area, skateboarding, track for walking /or jogging, covered basketball area available. Did I mention clean & free? Lovely place to just sit to relax & observe.
Great place to stop and let the kiddos run and play! Playground equipment in good condition, splash pad area is very nice with a good variety of water features! Nice, large walking area which is great for getting in some exercise. Really great place to play, a great asset to the community no doubt.
