Confirmed from Neptune Woods Mountain Bike Trails' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“Super easy trails and needs better signage throughout trail or trail maps at trail heads.”
I took the boys out to try this trail, and I highly recommend it. They had a blast! Kudos to Brunswick for this trail. Saturday morning, not too many people, and when we saw people they were pleasant. Just a fun trail, go check it out!!
Absolutely gorgeous, easy hike. There are also workout stations if you'd like to do some additional exercising in an outdoor environment!
Wonderful place for trail running. Maps at every trail junction. Lots of twists and turns. Some up and down.
Fabulous winding trails. Mostly flat ground with no huge hills which is exactly what I was looking for today
