Confirmed from Niagara Scenic Parkway Trail - WhirlPool SP to Lewiston's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Niagara Scenic Parkway Trail - WhirlPool SP to Lewiston
“Beautiful place for a walk, hike or bike ride breathtaking views of the Niagara Falls Gorge!”
Great trail with awesome views of the Niagara River. The upper trail at street level is easier, suitable for most people as it's flat terrain. The lower trail by the river involves going down and the back up hundreds of stairs, rocky and uneven in some sections
Beautiful scenic walking trail as well as biking route. Relaxing calm sound of whirlpool aling the valley gives you great feeling if nature. Saw a bald eagle and lots seagulls flying around the Niagara River. Must visit good picnic spot. Nice playground for kids too.
The Niagara Falls Scenic Parkway is a nice hiking path. It is a great path for getting the feel of the river on how much water is Flowing down it and how powerful it can be. It has very beautiful views of the river and the falls with also Canada in the background
