Confirmed from Normandy Oaks Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

This park is amazing. The splash pad was the best. The kids enjoyed it so much. There’s plenty of room to sit and enjoy a picnic. They have sidewalks for walking. The playground is fun. There’s climbing, splash pad, bathroom, picnic area, sitting area. The splash pad is fenced for kids safety.

This is actually my favorite place to take the hound out for a walk in the evening. Everyone is friendly. A few things it's going to need. First is time for vegetation to fill in. It's going to need some upgrades to the drainage system. And fish in the ponds.

This park is a gem. There are wide paved paths lined with wildflowers for exercise like walking, running, biking and skating. The park has a playground, splash pad and pavilion with a drinking fountain and restrooms. There are ponds with turtles, frogs, ducks, birds and deer. The park also has two soccer fields.

Amazing park. Love this place. Have been going there every week since opening of the park. Some problems were there form the start like the puddles and the dirt. But it is getting better and better. We found some geocaches there and we are excited. I had long walks and nice days and afternoon there.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
