Confirmed from Ocee Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Recreational area with a playground & several athletic fields including baseball & soccer.
What runners say about Ocee Park
“What I did see looked very well maintained but there was definitely a lot more to the park than what I saw.”
We live across the street from this park and go daily. The walking trail is fantastic for biking, skating, running, and scooters. There is a little playground in the middle of the baseball fields for kids to play on while siblings play baseball. Very safe and very friendly.
Love waking in Ocee park. They have paved and non paved trails. There is a lot of shade if you need it. One very unique aspect is the large glass recycling container. It is in the corner by Kimball bridge road. Bring your glass and save the earth’s resources. I come about once a month to walk and recycle.
My kids go to this park 3x a week. Wonderful little park that’s pretty well maintained. They have a perfect two set play structure - one that’s perfect for our toddler and one that’s perfect for our older kids. Love that it’s fenced so there’s no accidental running into the streets!
Softball fields. Ample parking. Neat automatic toilet and faucet. Great walking trails
Trail conditions & character
“Lots of space for parking and good shades for birthday parties.”

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
