You can choose between an easy or harder hike..also the trail is a long loop, so you can go a little bit or about 6miles or so
This is a nice trail, albeit very exposed to sun and wind. Great views of 20 miles of the front range. From the Flatirons to Mt. Lyons, they even have a sign showing the range directly in front of you with the names.
Nice new (Nov 2019) trailhead with parking for ~30 cars. Nice rolling mixed use trails with great views.
Trailhead parking lot with no amenities. Good access right off McCaslin boulevard.
