We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Old Bridge Trailhead yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Old Bridge Trailhead
It's a great hiking trail. Sad after the fire to see all the trees burnt. But still a good climb to a beautiful meadow in the spring.
This is by FAR the most challenging way to access the Table Rock Wilderness. If you're trying to reach Table Rock, Rooster Rock, or Pechuck Lookout, there are much easier routes.
It's a gravel space on the side of the road. There's a sign that tells about Table Rock, but no map of the trail itself. And of course, the sign has been shot. Multiple times. But all in all, it serves its purpose of giving plenty of space to park, so can't really complain.

The practical stuff
- AccessHours vary — hours are not posted for this trail, so check before an early or late run
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
