Confirmed from Onslow County Parks: Henry McAllister Landing's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Small park providing access to a kayak launch and a canoeing access point along a stream.
What runners say about Onslow County Parks: Henry McAllister Landing
“Quiet, peaceful, pretty good fishing.”
Great lil secluded launch. Nothing much to see just a seemingly well kept parking area. Some large ties line the left most trail to get into the water easier. We have never floated here so we paddled up stream after about 10 min we hit a tree dam.
Trails, nature, fishing. Frisbee golf, Pokemon go, picnics playgrounds and,a water park. What's not to like?
This is a quite lovely lil walk along a dreek where you can find solitute
