Nice playground equipment, picnic pavilions for small to medium events, hiking trails, nature center that is open year round. Attended several 4th of July celebrations at the amphitheater with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. Hopefully this coming 4th, the concerts will resume.
Beautiful park with great trails and scenic views. Only had time for the overlook trail which is the shortest but still provides great views and can be done by beginners although it is quite steep.
Oregon Ridge is our go to spot for hiking with the kids or checking out animals at the Nature Center! We love this place! Always very clean and never too many people around, peaceful and quiet but so much fun! There are so many playgrounds to choose from, every time we go seems like a new experience!
Had a great time at Oregon Ridge Park! The trails are beautiful, the nature center is super informative, and there are plenty of spots for a picnic. Loved the peaceful vibe and all the wildlife. Only hiccup was finding the lake—it took us a bit since the signs weren’t super clear.
