Confirmed from Osprey Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Relaxed, scenic waterfront park with an enclosed dog run, a playground and a beach.
What runners say about Osprey Park
“There’s a fenced-in dog area that’s perfect for letting your pup run around, and the kids’ playground is super clean.”
“The waterfront views are beautiful, definitely a nice spot to check out if you’re nearby and want something low-key to do.”
“It’s a smaller park, but it’s got a great track for jogging or walking.”
“Nice park, very quiet, and some spots for fishing and having a great time.”
My peaceful place! Quiet and away from the busyness of a typical beach. Walking trail, scenic views, dog park, and playground for kids all in one spot!!
This park is one of the best kept secrets of west palm beach. My kids love the playground and the foliage. They can play by the water an also see the dogs run at the dog park. Great stop to just kill some time.
Beautiful park on the water. Nice pathways and dog park. Great views of the inter coastal and lots of space to run around. Slides are a little steep but great for older kids!
A nice little park, located on the Intracoastal Waterway. We were visiting the Manatee Lagoon and wanted the kids to have a little bit of free time running around - this park was perfect. It has a little playground and swings, walking path, fishing dock, a little beach for canoe launching and a volleyball area.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, water — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
