What runners say about Palatine Bike Trail
I've run hundreds of miles on this asphalt trail. It starts in the middle of a subdivision and goes about 3 miles through a few subdivisions and then paralleling a golf course. Has a couple of small hills and a big one. Goes under the only major street it crosses. There are always walkers and bikers as well.
It is a nice suburban bike path near the train tracks and River trails park district.
Trail is like 4.5 miles in total. We connect to Deer Grove and double it.
