Confirmed from Palma Sola Causeway Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Horse-riding & kayaking are popular activities along this sandy strip of land with picnic tables.
What runners say about Palma Sola Causeway Park
“Clean area if you don't wanna go all the way down to Anna Marie.”
“Beautiful place to catch the sunset without all the hussle of people and business.”
“Such a peaceful place to reflect or watch dolphins occasionally.”
“Whether you’re bringing your dog, going for a walk, or just catching a sunset, this place is a must.”
Just bought a house by key Foods Foods off of 14th Street I decided to make the bike ride down 64 to the beaches but let me tell you with a beach cruiser from Walmart it's not that easy and only half of the trip has bike path on the main road having said that without a mountain bike I couldn't make it the full weight…
We brought our dog here for his very first swim, and the little beach area was PERFECT. Calm water, plenty of space, and such a relaxed, welcoming vibe — it made the experience stress-free and so special for a first-timer 🐾🌊 The views are beautiful, the park is clean, and it’s an amazing spot to let your pup splash…
A great place to walk with your pet. Pet Friendly! enjoy part of the Gulf away from the crowds . Dogs run free sometimed to play ball and swim Safe to swim. Australian Pines throw some shade in spots as you first aporoach Westbound . Always a nice breeze off of the Gulf.
Palma Sola Park is super dog friendly. You can walk the beach or the sidewalk. I found a lot of pretty shells. My dog and I went to the park and walked all through Robinson Preserve for a total of 5 miles. It was beautiful and peaceful!
