Confirmed from Parker Jordan Centennial Open Space's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Great place to take a walk. The trail goes for miles and miles in either direction with plenty of creek crossings to let "Fido" cool off. Or, if you have kids, the water is clean and shallow, so they can splash away hot summer days.

★★★★☆ — Jason , Feb 2017

A beautiful space to hike or ride, with a variety of native plants and trees. The creek is especially full this year from all the rain so the little waterfall areas are fantastic. Keep an eye out for coyotes and rattlesnakes, but they usually stay away from people.

One of the best places to ride a bike, jog or even picnic. I go here just to chill at lunch with a quick walk. It has bike paths, running/jogging soft path, workout stations, picnic tables and a lot of nature. I can see bring the family here and making a day of it.

★★★★★ — Douglas , Mar 2017

Parker Jordan Centennial Open Space is a hidden gem! The 2-mile loop is short but packed with variety, making it feel fresh every time. I loved the side trails—they felt like little side quests, adding a fun sense of exploration while still keeping the hike manageable.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
