Confirmed from Paseo Verde Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Park with a kids' playground plus hiking trails and spaces for bocce and petanque.

What runners say about Paseo Verde Trailhead

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (77 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

Good trail for a short walk around the Black Mountain. At one point in the walk you can see the whole valley, which looks amazing. The trail does not loop, you must walk back the same way or park another car at the other end.

★★★★★ — Robert , Mar 2018

If your up for a good hike this is your spot take alot of water and have a good time at the hot springs

★★★★★ — Matthew , Apr 2018

Lots of wildlife from grass hoppers to rabbits, squirrels, lizzards, doves, scorpions to. People riding horses on the trail.
