Confirmed from Paul Carr Jogging Trail Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Paul Carr Jogging Trail Park
This is a great gravel trail that's runs down the middle of Heights Blvd starting at 20th St all the way to I10. Lots of mature trees line the trail. Good for walking and jogging. Several businesses along the street including the Heights Library, and some coffee shops provide options for making side stops.
I've ridden Metro to and fro on heights Blvd many times and did not realize this area was what it is. The length is awesome and I'll come here 2\3 a week to get my walkabout ( even though my flesh screams "NO"!! But the need to walk is greater than my flesh.
Great trail for walking , jogging or using to walk to shops, restaurants
