Confirmed from Peacepipe Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Picnicking, play areas, and trails round out the offerings at this park.
What runners say about Peacepipe Park
“Clean grounds, bathroom facilities, fun, safe equipment, picnic shelter with 1 table.”
“Great shaded picnic tables for a hot summer meal”
We go here every year for my kiddos' school picnic. The park is really nice, they have lots of play area and area to run.
Nice neighborhood park with a Pokémon Go gym and pokestop, located conveniently a few blocks behind Walmart for those of us who may from time to time walk here from downtown. Well-appointed playground is the focal point for families.
Mid-sized playground, three picnic tables, small shelter (no electricity), single basketball court, portable toilet. Partial shade. Street parking only. Adjacent to a walking trail that goes past an artificial but nice pond and connects with trails along Highway 22.
A little sunny, but there’s a cool short trail nearby. No parking though! Which is actually a plus for most park goers probably. Really cool park equipment, children will appreciate the expansion from the humdrum slides and seesaws.
