Trail seemed to be somewhat well-maintained for riding, but I wouldn't recommend riding on tires that are less than 28mm or 30mm, especially after heavy rains. Cyclists on mountain bikes, gravel bikes, or fat tire bikes will have no issues navigating the trail surface.
