Confirmed from Penn Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Streams run through this picturesque park with a waterfall, picnic spots & a children's play area.

I love walking around the Penn Park in the Whittier community where you can see the waterfall and a pond in the back corner of the playground. It's a great day for playing games and cooking up the barbecue in the summer.
Beautiful park..... Very open space, great for the kids to run around... Super quiet. Wonderful place for a picnic. Great place for the family. It's always looking clean. A lot of squirrel's. Everyone usually keeps to themselves. Quite peaceful for a change.
Absolutely beautiful park, came by for a short visit while waiting for my dad who was at PIH hospital. It was perfect. Quiet, clean, clean bathrooms and great for a picnic or some time to walk.
I love this cute little hide away park. My mom used to bring us here when we were little and it's still beautiful, except when wedding and Quince photo shoots over run the park. That's usually on the weekends but weekdays are great time to visit.
