Confirmed from Petaluma Adobe State Historic Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Site of historic adobe building, ranch & creek, with educational tours & special events offered.
What runners say about Petaluma Adobe State Historic Park
This park is included in the Historian Pass, so I popped in for a peek. What a cool park! You actually get to walk around the grounds and buildings, including the second floor which is neat! I'd like to go back. They do a lot of educational events as well.
Nicely maintained California state park with a well preserved historical Adobe mansion showing what it was like before California became a state. Nice picnic grounds and walking trails surround this historic California site. A very pleasant educational historical family stop.
Took my father and daughter on an early Saturday morning, offseason visit. Was a nice place to let my 4yo run around and explore, while the history entertained my dad. We concluded with a nice picnic at their tables adjacent to the parking lot.

- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
