Confirmed from Pine Island Ridge Natural Area's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Natural area boasting the highest elevation in Broward County, with forests, trails, and an equestrian path.

We got to Pine Island from Tree Tops Park. We entered with a sense of respect and solemnity, considering the history of the place. If you go from Tree Tops Park you’ll see a statue of Sam Jones who helped his fellow Seminole people escape.
Beautiful place! Love the nature trails. If you walk from the Tree Tops Park towards Pine Island Ridge you feel like you are entering anither world, it is amazing and beautiful.
That's one of the nicest parks in Broward County. If you're into equestrian riding. It's one of the best places for that it's also great hiking Park. Various trials for bike riding hiking horse riding fishing. But due to covid-19 there is no paddle boats there is no Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital workout Zone.
Great place to walk, the trees and nature were beautiful. It was a beautiful day and the combination of the shade from the trees and the breeze was great.
